Lash memberships include 2 refills per month of either classic, hybrid, wet lash, or volume eyelash extensions depending on the membership type selected. Appointments must be scheduled 7-10 days apart. Any appointment beyond 10 days will be charged a fill-in price. Membership does not include the initial price of first full set of lashes. All pricing above reflects services with your original Esthetician. Members are permitted to upgrade to a different application type at an appointment for an additional difference fee paid at the time of service. If this new look is a better fit, members are permitted to upgrade to a different membership type for an additional recurring membership fee. Lash Membership fees cannot be redeemed for other services offered at Twin City Esthetcis LLC; however, members do receive a 10% discount on lash retail products (excluding ProLash sets). Lash fill-in date accrues after the monthly membership due is paid. 2 refill credits, if accrued, can be used for the application of another full set of classic, hybrid, or volume lashes depending on membership type (wet lash excluded); however, members are encouraged to use their refills as designed to maintain the appearance and health of their lashes. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' notice and may carry over their credits for an additional 30 days following cancellation. Thereafter, any 'unused' accrued monthly membership points are non-refundable and will be lost at membership cancellation.

During membership, if members require a full set of lash extensions and have upheld their 2-week fill-ins, they will receive 10% off the full set of Classic, Hybrid, Wet, or Volume set as long as membership is active.
